    Hi Elwin, would be great if you could post a recipe for a smoothie that is a good all round herbal tonic for overall health to drink on daily basis. Don’t use a dehydrator. Thxs

      Good idea Ann. I would like to, but i personally just don’t consume Tonic Herbs in smoothies! I tend to have them in teas, and occasionally in food too, like this.

    What a refreshingly new and interesting recipe! Those are certainly not ingredients that jump to mind when making a snack. Thank you for turning the tables on what is a snack: NOT something we need to soothe ourselves, but an intentional small-bite to boost our whole body-system.

    That looks delicious Elwin, just wondering as I don’t have a dehydrator how could i do this which an oven? And what other protein could i use instead of brown rice as i have reactions to it, thank you

      You could use any protein you like, hemp would be good if that works for you. You could certainly do this in an oven on a medium heat, it wouldn’t cook as evenly as with a dehydrator, but it’s pretty close.
