    Thanks both for this great interview! The revelation about nutritional yeast was particularly intriguing to me. I used to use it heavily for a period early last year and feel it “messed” my eating behaviour up a bit and created massive cravings, I would have never thought back then that it could do this. Also a big no from my side regarding agave syrup. Looking forward to more interviews they are brilliant!
