Sleep, though... equals inaction. And if you’re like me you might feel a bit guilty about it. I thought sleeping a lot meant being lazy, which was kind of the opposite of what I wanted to be. And that was part of the cause of the exhaustion in the first place. Actually, for a long time I didn’t feel a bit guilty, I felt a lot guilty. A lot.
